"It's a beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Mahon close to all the main sites, the harbour and shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very large and really beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having freshly cooked breakfast brought to you was a treat. Cannot recommend this hotel enough"

"Nice hotel, we booked 2 rooms one for 2 adults and one for rest of the family, but standard rooms are not ideal for 2 adults and a child. All staff except the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly each of the receptionists that we encountered had a strange attitude towards customers requesting support. Food very good and a great variety, pool area and bar teams were great with families."
