"Good value for a relatively new hotel."

"We loved the outdoor deck and picnic table. We were two couples. We each got a room that opened to a shared deck. The deck had a washing machine, which was just what we needed at this point in our travels. We enjoyed coffee from Naya downstairs and chilling together on the deck. A/C worked great. Room was large and clean. Will recommend to others!"

"Very nice hotel, quiet area (somewhat remote), well designed - had everything we needed - outside of the old quarter, but closer to the airport for an earlier morning flight. The convenience of the kitchen was very nice - a good value. Strange that the site exterior is not the same building."

"Not walkable to city but if you’d like to explore the Hanoi more broadly it is a fantastic location. Big spacious suite with office to work from, cafe downstairs in the building. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again "

"Central location close to Lotte Mall, old town, US embassy. The staff are very friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. Very safe for solo travellers. Coffee shop with fast internet at hotel entry. Having an apartment makes a big difference for extended stays. Breakfast was really good heaps of food options. Lunch and dinner also available. "

"Area is NOT in the Old Quarters despite the description, pin drop, and amenities all saying it is. Hotel staff even added me on WhatsApp before my stay to specifically tell me that it’s not in the Old Quarters and started to get very rude when I confronted them about the scam. Do not book and waste your time here; this place is at least a 20 mins drive from the Old Quarters. "
