Cleanliness was tip-top. The crew was friendly and always warm. The room was great. The pool and gym were nice.
Downside:
The breakfast buffet doesn't match its cost. Way Fewer options than next door (the one with a rooftop pool next to Runway Manila and McDonald's) for the same price.
If you need to request something delivered to the room other than IRD, it takes forever, and I have to call FD several times for them to deliver it.
Overall, it was a nice budget hotel. I had a blast —unforgettable last 3 nights of my 2026 vacation at Savoy—my room 4035 knows it—my last stop before leaving my dear Philippines again.
I will definitely come back to this hotel.
