Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a meticulously maintained three-bedroom property steps away from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach.

Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a newly-built home with all the amenities you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. Ms. Annie's Hideaway features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals, a family of six can be seated at the dining table with additional eating space at the kitchen island.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and the private bathroom features a large walk-in shower with seating.

There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, and the other with two twins.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, 3 flat-screen TVs, and much more.

Certainly! Here’s the updated review with your note on communication: ⸻ The home itself is lovely—nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay very convenient. Everything inside was thoughtfully set up and welcoming. The communication was incredible—every question I had was answered within minutes, which made the experience even smoother. The only downside was the noise from a nearby bar on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. It gets quite loud and can go on until 4–5 AM. Sound machines are provided and help somewhat, but as a light sleeper, it was still a challenge for me. Overall, a great place if you’re not overly sensitive to nighttime noise.

Immaculate property clearly just renovated. It had everything we needed and more and the location is awesome (throw a stone to the brewery and bar - but they were quiet at night!) Walk to the main nightlife (and shopping). Would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights during the week. It was a very clean and nice house. Towards the weekend, it can get noisy outside due to being so close to downtown but take a sounds machine and you will be just fine!

The place was perfect. Just as advertised. So close to everything downtown. It is just a couple minute walk to anything. Golf cart rental is right across the street but almost isn’t even needed if you plan on staying in the downtown district because you will be so close. Great listing. Will definitely use again.

We went to visit our son at Keesler Air Force Base and this home was perfect for us. The location is right off Government Street in the heart of Ocean Springs. It's just out the door and a few steps more to be right there at the popular shops, restaurants and bars. We drove a couple of minutes to the beach. It's about 18 minutes to the base and much less than that to nearby grocery shopping. The house was very cute, clean, and well stocked with what you need. The hosts are prompt to give you any information you need to check in or for questions if you have any. If you're a light sleeper, you might want some ear plugs for the weekend, since it is so close to night-time activities and also a train track. We didn't have any issues with it. We hope to be back soon.

We had a great 2 night stay. The property was as pictured and had everything that you would need. Check in process was super simple and the property manager was prompt with answering any questions that we had. The property was exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the level of noise at night. Friday night was VERY loud till almost 5am. I brought a noise machine, after reading others posts of the noise, but the bass of the music was so loud that it didn’t block it out. I’m not sure if maybe this was because of a christmasy party, since it is that time of year. There is a parking lot right behind the master bedroom and at times it was very noisy…loud music, cars pulling in and out, talking, motorcycles, etc. There is a bar directly across the street and it played loud music till well past 3am on both nights.

I would give this property way more than 5 stars. I never find a property this clean, well stocked, well designed and decorated, and close to everything. Chris has managed other properties we’ve rented, we can’t recommend him enough. Prompt, great communication, genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. The location is good but a few things noticed are the yard is not fenced in and is located close to busy roads so our dogs weren’t able to run free at all. The master bedroom is located close to a public parking area which can be very noisy late into the night on weekends with people partying there after bars close, as well as a railroad track. They provide white noise machines at this property and black out curtains were wonderful. I slept in the middle room and had less noise issues. It did not deter me from staying here! Some ear plugs and I don’t think any of it would be an issue. This property is immaculate and ACTUALLY clean. Not just sprayed and wiped around. I didn’t have to wear my shoes inside or use my own cleaning products to sanitize as I usually do with most rentals. The location is PRIME! Everything a very short walk away. Lots of food and pub options.
