Sophisticated elegance, The Art House is a meticulously maintained two-bedroom property less than a block from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and minutes from beautiful Front Beach.

Loaded with amenities, The Art House offers breathtaking surroundings, including an outdoor dining and lounge area with an oversized fireplace, and access to an expansive beautiful courtyard.

Inside you'll find an impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. The Art House features a fabulous open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There also is an outdoor kitchen with stainless gas grill for your BBQ needs.

The dining room is accented by chandelier lighting and decorated with elegant works of art, where you will dine on a modern glass and steel table that can seat up to eight.

The two bedrooms each feature luxurious king-size beds and flat-screen Roku TVs, and there's an oversized leather couch in the living room that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements.

The bathroom features his and her vanities, an eight-jet European walk-in shower, as well as a large Jacuzzi tub to unwind.

Outside, you will find an expansive deck and patio with an outdoor fireplace and a stunning fountain in the courtyard. A greenhouse, erected from pre-Katrina salvaged materials holds beach chairs and beach bikes.

The property has high-speed wireless Internet and multiple flat-screen TVs with Roku.

While at The Art House you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away you'll find yourself in the heart of the historic town of Ocean Springs. There are numerous restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

We do allow well-behaved pets that must be kept on a leash while outdoors on the property.

The Art House was a perfect location to downtown Ocean Springs. Just a quick walk and you are near all of the acitivies. The bikes offered by the host were perfect too! We always love our time in Ocean Springs!

The house is very comfortable and has a lot of fun art. The location is great and the porch and patio are gorgeous! We sat outside on the porch for hours. We would definitely stay at The Art House again.

We enjoyed our time at the Art house. The property was clean, modern, and artsy. The kids loved the pool and we were just minutes away from the beach. The outdoor patio was so relaxing/refreshing. There are plenty of restaurant choices in the area. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous! You can tell when you walk in the door, this home is special. Close to town (walked to coffee shop and got a latte several times) it is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork ( I love art) very clean and well maintained, I had everything I needed. Great communication, easy check in and check out. Incredible find!

Perfect location so close to my daughter and grandchildren!! The boys could walk or ride bikes to visit Grandma in the neighborhood!! Outside area was stunning and we spent most of our visits outside! Spectacular home fully appointed to meet all of your needs. First class experience for the entire week.

The Art and decor and huge fireplace on The plantation style Veranda overlooks a Hugh concrete courtyard with a high fountain. Luxury Bathroom. No Need to leave All’s There. “This All made me feel as if I was in another world “

There is a busy train track right next to the property. We would have liked to have known that there were several trains coming and going several times a day and throughout each night that wakes everyone up. Also there is a very noisy AC right outside of the bedroom that wakes you up and keeps you awake. Property should not be marketed as fenced in for small dogs, there were places that were not fenced where small dogs can get out and not be safe.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful yard and pool. We enjoyed it. We’re a little surprised that there is a rental next to us that shares the backyard space. We brought a dog as did those renting next to us. We just felt the shared space should be included up front in the interest of full disclosure. This would also be a huge plus to know if you travelled as a group and wanted two rentals together. Communication was good and we really enjoyed the deck. All in all this was a good time for us.

Easy to find, close to downtown mainstreet, BEAUTIFUL house - lots of light and very clean. Jacuzzi tub and shower are a dream. And then there are the deck and patios. The fountain, gas fireplace, deck and patio are soo inviting! Grill and outdoor kitchen are top notch. Property manager communicated well and stayed on top of things. House was well stocked with all kitchen utensils and items. Furniture and appliances were all upgrades and clean. And yes, the train. But we loved it!! ❤️ This is one of the two properties we will return to, out of maanyy we have rented. Yes, jetsetter family. If you are traveling to Biloxi/Ocena Springs area, don't pass up this house. It's simply charming.
