"There were holes in our curtains, there was a left over lemonade in the fridge,but the room itself was clean and we had a good night's rest. The air-conditioned started making weird noises just before we left. Front desk staff was friendly. No pool or hot tub."

"A place with personality, not your typical cookie-cutter chain hotel! Check-in was smooth and the person that helped us was efficient and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Having a door on each end of the room is a bit odd, and parking is a bit limited. At first we thought it might be noisy, but wasn't. We slept well. Since it's downtown, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We felt comfortable walking around in the evening and again in the morning. Seemed to be a good value for the Billings area."

"I got two rooms for 11th through the 16th the ac worked fine but when heat was turned on the smell was terrible so I turned on the ac only other that there was a blood or some sort of reddish orange colored stain on our bed comforter the wife wouldn’t dare go near it got a new one downstairs the staff was nice but the only bad thing I thought was people parking in handicap with no sticker and I got a prosthetic and a boot to wear from a foot injury there was only one handicap spot"
