"In sum, a good experience. But here is what you need to know. This hotel was clean comfortable and attractive, but it seems geared to the single business traveler. Only one e robe in a double room; no in-room fridge, microwave or even coffee maker (although lobby coffee service begins at 4:00 a.m., a big plus; no pool or gym. Biggest beef was with the quirky method of access to garage: down a floor, through a maze of rooms, up to the lobby... Complicated but necessary if you're using a cart or wheelchair."

"The bed and pillows were top shelf - very comfortable! My back is sensitive to poor mattress quality - these were the best. I stayed at a Marriott in another state the night prior, and this setup was just as comfortable as the Marriott. Highly recommend! The staff was great too."
