"Stayed here during Euros. Great location and high end property but given the football was on the service in the bar was very slow and the bar shut way too early "

"It is close to the train station and the busy Cathedral Cologne and there can be some sense of a lot of people - but once you step inside it's a fabulous retreat. Great service, we had a beautiful room. The breakfast is very expensive and just "okay" so go across the street to the Cafe Richard. Close to the "historical sections" and close to the water. Would stay here again for sure."
