"We had a very pleasant stay - one night after a late flight into DUS. The room was ready with a cotbed set up as requested, and even a little surprise for our child. The room was quiet (given it's right next to the runway) and the hotel was very clean and functional. Breakfast had a nice selection, and we also used the pool, which is on the first floor and has a lot of natural light. "

"We discovered the Ruby hotels in Zurich last year and enjoyed the stay so much that we decided to stay in one of the hotels in Düsseldorf this year. Excellent choice, we stayed in a well equipped room, with high ceilings. The location is perfect for a stay in the city, central and close to everything. The room was well maintained, the option to get hot water for our tea very much appreciated. The staff is quite friendly and supportive, making the stay enjoyable."
