There also didn’t refill the trash bags, paper towels, soap and toilet paper. These were suppose to be included. I had to call and get the delivered and was a huge inconvenience."

"Showed up to the room we booked and it hadn't been cleaned yet. Contracted management and they got us upgraded to a better room, but still didn't get settled until 2 hours after check in. When I asked for late check out (12pm instead of 10 am) was told no. Room was already booked for the next guest. Overall cleanliness of the second room was good except big clumps of hair stuck to the shower wall. Tiki Bar/ wait staff was delightful. Overall, a decent stay."
