"The Boathouse is a very cute, cozy cabin that has comfortable furniture, is clean and well maintained. It is cozy and as the photos/description show (but cuter). The kitchen is small, but all you need to cook and refrigerate. It was great for a "girl's weekend"!The dock is a bit wobbly, so use caution! As the description notes, the lower level is only accessed by the exterior, so for those sleeping downstairs, you'll need to go outside and upstairs to access the bathroom. It is not an issue, as the stairway is lit and it is only a short stairway. We would have liked to turn off the outside stairway lights because we wanted to watch and photograph the stars, milky way and aurora, but we just covered them with a towel while we were out, and all was good.We had a wonderful time exploring the area, star gazing, having a small bonfire and enjoying the beautiful view! Thank you!"

"It was OK place with nice house and looked the pool table, video games, hot tub, and big house. Negatives were the grill was really dirty and really couldn't use it, the AC blower was so loud, you couldn't hear anything in the TV room when it was running. We were told we could swim off the shore, which was not the case, way too many weeds. "
