"When we arrived the home had not been properly cleaned, trash was not emptied, bedding was dirty and towels did not appear clean. We immediately called housekeeping and they sent someone to clean which took 2 hours. They only had bedding sheets to replace, but no towels or bedspreads, so we spend the entire night until 2am washing all towels and bedspreads. The pool table was broken and the sofa in the basement was ripped. I am expecting compensation for our lost first night."

"We stayed at this beautiful home in Swanton for two nights over New Year’s Eve, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is ideal for a large gathering or a family reunion — incredibly spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and exceptionally clean.The views surrounding the home are stunning and really add to the overall experience. Everything was well organized and clearly explained ahead of time, so even though the host was very responsive, we hardly needed to reach out because everything was so easy and smooth.This home truly felt welcoming and comfortable, and it was the perfect place to celebrate together. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free stay in Swanton."

"The home was absolutely stunning! The hosts were amazing and their home was completely stocked with everything we needed! They even went out of their way to make us homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast the next morning- which were DELICIOUS! There was more than enough space for our family of 10. When traveling again to Deep Creek- hopefully this summer-we would DEFINITELY book this home again! 12/10 stars that’s for sure! Loved our weekend getaway! "
