"Lovely, quiet getaway. "

"Our stay was BEAUTIFUL. The views are gorgeous and we fell asleep and woke up to ocean sounds daily. The place was clean and comfortable and it was nice to be able to have a bathroom per bedroom. A couple things to add: it’d be nice to have been able to open just a screen door to the balcony instead of all or nothing. We loved the breeze but didn’t want seagulls or bugs flying in. Also, while we knew we wouldn’t have direct access to a beach from the stay, we were hoping to walk to nearby entrances as Google maps hinted was possible, but that was not an option due to storm damage and construction, which was a bummer. Overall though, we had an amazing time and loved hanging out on the balcony with the waves!"

"The location is fantastic, only a few minutes away from Santa Monica but up in the hills so it looks completely remote. The view is insane! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, we actually ended up spending both afternoons just lounging around and swimming. The beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable. This would be an ideal location for a couple, and served as an excellent home base for our family also. We have two kids, one elementary and one middle school age; they shared the sofa bed."

"Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The views are breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on the deck each morning was unforgettable. Every detail felt carefully thought through, from the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen to the inviting living spaces that flow seamlessly from indoors to outdoors.The location couldn’t be better — private and peaceful, yet still close to everything Malibu has to offer. It truly felt like our own slice of paradise. Communication with the host was excellent and everything about the check-in process was smooth and easy.We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can return. This home is a gem, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly."

"We stayed in the Farmhouse for 3 nights with our dog who is a 40 lb curious George of a beagle and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time here. The property is beautiful with so many different varieties of fruit trees and beautiful plants, lovely sunrises and even better sunsets over the canyon. You cannot beat the location if you want to be close to the beaches, Santa Monica, LA, Malibu and so many things to do. As for us, we just wanted a nice break from the rat race and a little down time and we got exactly that. Enjoyable cups of coffee on the porch in the morning, leisurely dinners at sunset and some cozying up under the thoughtfully provided blankets on the couch under the stars in the evening before heading to sleep under the cute and comfortable canopy bed. The hot tub was a really nice added plus to soak away your cares and stress. We even got to enjoy the claw foot bathtub for a cooler soak in the heat in the afternoon hours when the temps soared here one day. We truly "unplugged" while here and reconnected with each other, played games of scrabble and exploding kittens. We held a BBQ for dinner and roasted fresh corn on the cob, watched golden eagles soar overhead and even saw a bobcat sauntering by not far from the property on our way in. All in all, we cannot wait to come back and enjoy it all over again! "

"We had a great time. Enjoyed the ocean right below our deck and hearing the crashing waves. Spent most of our time out on the deck. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The only negative was there was no hot water for our showers. But it I still give it an excellent rating. "
