"Toilet had no toilet paper , my Mrs had to use hand paper towels . The stairs and wall way stunk off like damp wet dirty smell . It was cheap but I guess I got what I payed for $88 a night . Only stayed a few hours and went to another accommodation near by"

"Aussie Rest Motel was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Right round the corner from a great pub that served as awesome food. Great for overnight or a couple of days wine tasting."

"Very good value motel (at least midweek) close to Hunter Valley wineries and fast food outlets. Usual motel layout and amenities, a little dated but not to the point of being ragged. I would stay there again."
