"Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer and me. She was friendly, worked efficiently and tried hard to accommodate the complaint while checking me in. She did a great job. Check out was easy and quiet due to our check out time."

"I'm sure this place has been great - but it's seen better days now. My floor in my room was soaking wet - they moved me to another room. Everything is just tired now. Too bad for such a great facility."

"Very quiet and close to Hwy 95. Beaches about 15 minutes away and Old St. Augustine and Jacksonville about 20 minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping. This immaculate Air B&B was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and right across the street from the pool and gym. We had an issue with the TV turning on and Michelle, the owner, responded quickly to correct the issue. I have plan to rent again in November. "

"This was a very safe, comfortable property in an exclusive, gated community. The check-in process was smooth and the directions were very thorough. The gate access was easy to use. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was very relaxing. The host was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property for a weekend visit or a long stay in the St. Augustine area. "This was our second time staying at Laterra. First time was an amazing one bedroom. This time a just as amazing studio. We were well versed on the gate entry and room key access from out first trip. That being said our hosts went above and beyond with all the information we would have needed. Unit is a very good size studio with a small but full size kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. Would stay in this unit again. Laterra and the amenities are really nice."

"Pool was amazing. Our host explained everything for an easy check in and check out. Very clean and spacious studio condo. Bed was very comfortable and Tv was easy to figure out. Also given a wifi password. Would definitely recommend this host! Coffee pot to greet you in the morning. Full size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. "
