"The bed is not pillow topped as described, the shower floor was cracked and can cause injury. Shower floor is incredibly slick while dry, and even worse when wet. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, the toilet was not secured to the floor, we did not get a snack box as it says we would for a premium room. "

Since there was rain every afternoon during our stay it would have been nice to use the pool a little later. The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly and courteous. "
