"Very quiet and close to Hwy 95. Beaches about 15 minutes away and Old St. Augustine and Jacksonville about 20 minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping. This immaculate Air B&B was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and right across the street from the pool and gym. We had an issue with the TV turning on and Michelle, the owner, responded quickly to correct the issue. I have plan to rent again in November. "

"Pool was beautiful but unfortunately the weather was quite chilly when we were there. Otherwise, I would have spent LOTS of time at the pool!! Host was very responsive when we needed a couple of things. Washing machine took forever (2 hours per load) but seemed to do the job! Sleeps 8 means 3 beds plus some air mattresses. Thought that should be clearer in the description."

"The home was very clean and tidy. Everything worked and the home was stocked with the minimally basic cooking items , pots, dishes etc.. no coffee pods only tea. Great place overall but not Luxury but very new and nice. Host was nice and responsive. "
