Spacious two-story cabin! Great family a setting or honeymoon getaway! This beautiful home located in Moonridge is conveniently walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the golf course. Close to National Forest hiking trails, the zoo, grocery stores and more! Just a short drive to the Village, lake, Snow Play, Convention Center and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Downstairs family room with smart TV with cable and additional seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed, and private bath with jet tub. Second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax in the jetted tub or near one of the 2 cozy wood burning fireplaces.

OUTDOORS - Back patio area with gazebo, patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
