My family and I, six of us and our dogs were looking forward to spent a beautiful Christmas in the mountains this year and we did. The cabin was perfect, it had plenty of room for all of us, and was very well stocked with blankets pillows, Pots, pans etc. Our host was welcoming, helpful and kind. We were looking for snow, but even though it didn’t happen, we the information she gave us we were able to find a lot of thing to do. We had a blast! Thank youCheckin was easy, the host was very helpful and kind
This was not a good stay. The water was partially cold during our stay. I called and I was told to that never happened before, then got a call back and was told to reset the water heater and after I called back to say it still wasn't working I was told they called a plumber. Only to get another call back to tell me to unplug the water heater and reset it. When we checked in we were told to bring the trash to dumpster where we return the keys. When we checked out I was told the dumpster might be full and if it is I have to take the trash with me. I will be asking for money back for this stay.
