"We stayed in their "family suite" with two rooms off of a central living space with japanese room with floor beds for our kids, and 3 bathrooms. This worked well for our 3 generation family of 6 and was spacious, convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful each day and the pool was nice, though hours were limited likely due to it being low season. The kids liked the slide. Over all very happy with the stay and value for money."

Externally the hotel looked a little drab and rundown but that just gave the wrong impression to our actual experience. Staff went out of their way to help. "This hotel is a fun, hip option in the area...it was definitely my kids favorite hotel out of the 5 we stayed in during our trip to Taiwan. Our only problem was finding it, since there were no signs to identify it. However, when we called from a nearby 7-11 they came promptly & we followed them by car & we were only a half block away. The room was comfortable & modern with a small balcony but no ocean view (we weren't expecting one) but not sure if the 3rd floor would or not? There is a HUGE...

"The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again."
