This tastefully converted barn is situated in North Devon with easy access to sandy beaches at Westward Ho! six miles to the north, and the Cornish seaside town of Bude, a 17 mile drive to the south. There are also a number of interesting towns and villages in the area, including the attractive town of Bideford, with its range of independent shops, and the pretty harbour village of Appledore, from where visitors may enjoy a boat trip across the estuary to the village of Instow. For young thrill seekers, a trip to The Milky Way Adventure Park is not to be missed, with its family-friendly rollercoasters and other attractions.This property is one of three on this former dairy farm. The main living area, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, is located on the ground floor of the property and offers a spacious place in which to relax and enjoy spending time together. The whole room benefits from underfloor heating, whilst the comfortable lounge area offers a Smart TV with DVD player. The dining table is situated just in front of a set of French windows which open out onto the shared garden, really opening up this space in the summer months. The well-equipped kitchen has everything that guests will need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Open-tread stairs lead to the first floor, where the three bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is a King size room, with countryside views, its own TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a twin bedroom (with a zip-and-link bed which can be made up as a king-size on request) also with a TV and a third single bedroom. The bathroom is also located upstairs and offers a shower over bath and WC.

To the front of the property there is a seating area, there is also a large lawn, shared with the other properties, which is perfect for playing games. There is also a shared hot tub available for guests to use.
