"It's a hotel in pathetic condition. Lots of repair work,noise, not clean, no geyser. No hot water in the midst of cold dipping temperatures."

The walls had seepage all over the property and the paint and plaster was flaking off in our room. Additionally, they had these unpainted cement repairs all over the place. "Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant. "

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. "

"We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "
