"For starters, we booked a 2 double bed family room (suite) but on reaching the hotel offered only a normal 1 double bed room, which was in the basement. After we pushed back, a dark, damp room with 2 double beds was shown, which was practically unlivable because of the dampness. So we had to settle for the smaller room. This also was poorly maintained overall and in an area of the hotel which was more the wedding event venue rather than being part of hotel. Hotel meal and snack prices were too...
