"We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). "We had a lovely stay at The Flackley Ash hotel, from the moment we stepped in the door we felt very welcome. We were greeted by a lovely member of the reception team who explained everything we needed to know about our stay and handed us our key to our room. The room was very spacious and clean and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. We decided to book in to have our breakfast for the two mornings we were there, and again very helpful at reception doing this. The breakfast was amazing staff were attentive and very friendly it was a very lovely atmosphere. We had full use of the gym and swimming facilities which were very good. We decided to book a massage treatment which was also no problem to do, the massage was out of this world and Michelle the therapist was absolutely fantastic! An absolute credit to the spa. She explained everything clearly and gave advice and done a fantastic job on my knotted muscles , I came away feeling so refreshed and out of pain, she really knows her stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate going back again, so thank you Michelle."
