This new cabin is located less than a minute from downtown Bethel, and conveniently located only a 10 minute drive to the Sunday River Resort. This custom built cabin is surrounded by woods, with hiking trails right across the street.
Featuring an open concept design, you’ll feel in the center of the action with your family and friends on the first floor which offers a large open living room, kitchen, and dining area, fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes, and cookware needed for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with direct access to the first floors full bathroom. Adjacent, guests will find a large second bedroom, equipped with another queen bed and large closet. Downstairs in the cabin’s beautifully finished walk-out basement, a futon, and two twin beds create a fun bunk-space area, equipped with a full bathroom and TV to keep the younger kids entertained!

Mountain Getaway-
This was the second time staying in this house. Everything was immaculate- all of the linen/bedding/towels were fresh and clean. We loved the yard for our dog. Our kids & their friends loved playing ping pong in the garage and having their own space and bunk beds downstairs. We hope to come back again next year. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient
Our family of 4 had a wonderful ski weekend staying at this home. The property is meticulously maintained and spotless. The attention to details such as the Tempur-Pedic mattresses, the heavenly shower heads, the kitchen with everything you could possibly need and the sauna for those sore muscles after skiing are a few of the things we loved. The owner was very welcoming and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here!

We loved the house. Felt like a brand new place!
We rent a ski house ever year- this was by far the newest, cleanest and most modern we’ve ever rented. 1/2 mile to Bethel Inn, 10 minutes to Sunday River. Great location & the owner was very responsive. Great TV’s & WiFi in every room. Privacy for my kids downstairs. We loved the hot tub & sauna after a long day of skiing.
I’ll rent again next year-5 star’s for sure!

Winter Weekend Getaway
Our group of 5 had an incredible weekend at this cabin. A 10-15 minute drive to Sunday River, the cabin comfortably slept 5, with room for 2-3 more. The cabin was tastefully decorated and everything was nearly new. One of the most well-stocked VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in, including dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels and more. The sauna and hot tub took our stay to another level and were perfect for apres ski. We can’t wait to go back!

Great house! Great Location!
2 families- 8 people total stayed at this wonderful house. 2 bedrooms for the parents and a cozy downstairs bunk room for the kids (ages 15-20). The house is new, super clean and has all the conveniences you could ask for. You can tell a lot of care went into preparing this house as a rental for guests. There is even an outdoor sauna. Our host John was easy to contact and the check in/access was so easy. We skied two days at Sunday River and the house’s proximity to the mountain made it so simple. Also quick trip to run to the store for snacks etc… Adults and kids were all happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful, clean home close to Sunday river
Our family of five had an amazing and relaxed time at John’s house. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials so we didn’t have to run out for spices, cooking spray, coffee, etc. The house basically feels brand new and extremely clean. it’s less than a mile from a movie theater, bowling alley and grocery store, and most importantly only around 10 minutes to Sunday river and other activities. John was very responsive to our questions, we would definitely stay again.
