This time the air-conditioning wasn't functioning , the time before the flush on the toilet kept running . I feel the hotel needs a refurbishment."

"The hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Sky Bar is a wonderful place to spend an evening with good food and nice wine. Next time, I would definitely request a room at the front of the hotel, as the parking and unloading area at the back gets noisy very first thing with deliveries and bin lorries and we were woken up both days. "
