A lovely comfortable hotel. A bit dated but it was very clean and as already mentioned it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a great choice and staff friendly.

Un accueil inexistant. Des chambres pas prêtes pour l’heure d’arrivée, aucune information sur les services, un QR code qui ne fonctionne pas. Oh dear - room temperature 36c all night

This was an annual overnight stay at this hotel en-route to the south. Arrival temperature 35.5c, greeted with news that air con not working and fridges removed during refurb of rooms. No fans available. Staff not at all sympathetic. Evening meal was good, but breakfast bar seemed much reduced in scale since previous stays. Otherwise refurbished rooms a definite improvement.

À l’arrivée on nous annonce que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Et surtout qu’il y a 2 réservations à mon nom. En effet lors de la réservation sur hôtels.com j’ai fait une première réservation pour laquelle je n’ai pas reçu de confirmation. J’en ai déduit que la réservation n’était pas confirmée. J’ai donc refait une réservation et la j’ai bien reçu le mail de confirmation. L’hôtel a annulé la seconde réservation mais il est hors de question que je paie cette réservation. J’attends un retour avec explications d hôtels.com. Et biensur impossible de joindre un service client hôtels.com
