Accessed through a secure entrance and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this peaceful retreat offers both privacy and convenience, placing you within easy reach of the town’s main attractions and amenities.
Internal: Open Plan Living Area Step through the door into a welcoming open-plan living area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and practicality. The space features a cosy sofa, a Smart TV, and a two-seater breakfast table, perfect for relaxing or dining.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and integrated fridge, offering everything you need for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.
Bedroom: Through the internal door from the lounge area you’ll find the double bedroom which features a king-sized bed and Smart TV.
En-suite Bathroom: Just off the bedroom, there is the en-suite bathroom which comprises of a toilet, wash hand basin and a single shower cubicle.
External: There is an enclosed outdoor area which is shared with the neighbouring apartment.
Parking: Unfortunately, there is no parking for the apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within 5 minutes walking distance of the Rocket Rooms Apartments.
Pet Rules: A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome, however, they must be fully house-trained, well-behaved and must not be left unaccompanied in the house. Dogs must not go on furniture or beds. We do not accept dogs under 12 months old.
Special Requests: If you have any additional requests or want to discuss pricing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to accommodate. We happily welcome working professionals staying for business. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. Please let us know before your stay if you would like it set up. Please note, that we do not provide bedding for the travel cot.
