New Year’s Eve
It’s got great rooms but not getting breakfast in the morning is kind of an inconvenience.
We changed rooms 3 times and each one was dirty. The second have people staying in it. The 3rd room had same linens from the last tenants. Really discussing. And the manager on duty was really rude and made fun of us. Will never stay there again. Parking lot needs cleaning. What a really big disappointment. Lost my points getting the room.
The room served its purpose but it was very dark in the parking lot when we arrived. The outside lights were out.

Expedia ad states free breakfast and coffe makers in room, there us no breakfast or coffee makers, you have to go to the lobby to get coffee. Beds are NOT queen, full yes, queen no. So noisy, left after 1st night.

At first, I was a little reluctant to stay at this hotel, but I'm glad I did. The room rate was cheaper than other hotels. The front desk staff member, Keisha, was very professional and nice. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will be staying here when I come back in town.

It must be an extended-stay place primarily. There was a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner glass cooktop. Plus we got a ridiculously reasonable price. And the staff was courteous and efficient. The bed was fairly comfortable. The entire facility was spotless. The only nourishment provided for breakfast is coffee and juice. But, oh my! That coffee is amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

I’m gonna just say to stay somewhere else. The king room I got was dirty and smelled horrible and you can tell someone smoked in it before and had dog food on the floors and looked like it hasn’t been vacuum at all. The shower was filthy. Just a nasty room. I wasn’t happy and needed a room cause everything else was booked. Room service never came to give clean towels or anything for that matter.
Ice machine stayed broken the whole 5 days I was there.I would never stay here again👎 Disgusting
The staff and property were great, friendly and helpful. however, the beds in our room #109 were horrible - both the queen beds sank to the middle and you slept in a trench! totally worn out and should have been replaced. there was no in room coffee pot that was inconvenient, but they did have coffee in the front. Nice place, but the beds were torture! We'd paid to sleep and that was difficult at best!

Thank you for your feedback on your most recent stay. We are an extended stay & all of our guest rooms are equipped with kitchenettes. Unfortunately, we won't serve breakfast at this property. However, they have many attractions nearby that do. We have a list at our front desk station.

First night was good. Staff really nice and helpful. We didn't even mind that the fire alarm went off at midnight. We know it's not the front desks fault. No biggie.
2nd night they checked in someone next door. He was loud and the walls were thin. Not sure why in a 70+room hotel that was almost empty they had to check him in next door to us. Dozens of Flies and fruit flies started showing up too. (What is hiding?)
3rd night the guy next door was having very loud sex - possible hooker?
I won't be staying here again. Disappointed because it's the closest hotel in this area.

There are things to to be added but due to new opening aren’t present. Overall I give them a 10. A nice surprise to have something so nice in Berwick. Cleanliness and decor was excellent.

I’m trying to see why they couldn’t give me a receipt. She said I would have to get it from expedia. I book all my hotels through here and always get a receipt. And we didn’t have a microwave in the room either. What’s up with that!!!!!
