We arrived, found out that an email should have been sent with an entry code. No email was received & we could not reach the owners. Their phone number said to speak with someone to call between 9am & 4pm. After a frustrating out, we left $200 poorer (unrefundable) & continued our trip, staying somewhere else. After we checked in - we received an email from the owner who was apologetic, but what a terrible system.
