Our lovingly restored holiday flat is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest in a historic building and offers peace, nature and comfort for up to 5 people - ideal for families, couples or small groups.

    Three cosy bedrooms, a bathroom with shower tray and a spacious eat-in kitchen for relaxed evenings await you on two floors. All bedrooms can be darkened.

    The garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture invites you to linger. Hiking trails start right outside the door - a highlight for nature lovers and families. A deer park is also within walking distance.

    Whether canoeing, swimming, cycling or winter fun with cross-country skiing and tobogganing - the region offers relaxation and activity all year round. Deggendorf is only 10 minutes away by car and groceries are available within a radius of 2 km.

    Sustainability is important to us: solar energy, regional cycles and natural cooling thanks to the historic construction are a matter of course for us. Pets are welcome.
