Clean, functional room and bathroom . Very small, but good enough. For a super nice dinner and that feeling of luxury, try the Grand Hotel/Meridien , around the corner, with all the $ you save at the Ibis.

Staff was great, room was good, but the shower did not have much hot water. The sink was very hot, so not sure why there wasn’t any in the shower, but it made it tough to shower! Other than that, the location was phenomenal, breakfast was great, and I would stay here again, if they can get the hot water figured out!

great accommodation for a 3 night stay. very close to the train station. inside the station there are several fast food shops and grocery stores including LIDL. Hotel very close to the center reachable in 7-10 minutes on foot. if you come to visit the city or the Christmas markets it is very convenient. The hotel rooms are comfortable, bathroom with shower. recommended.

Breakfast was excellent. Parking was an expensive and easy in the parking garage attached to the building. Staff was pleasant and spoke English, which was nice. Rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable and I would stay here again.

It's very close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. The facilities are simple but enough for us. When we checked in, the staff did not recognize that the room fee had already been paid. At night, sounds from the nearby music bar could be loud.

Nuremberg city break

Staff were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. Room was fine, great bed, pillows a bit soft (but that's a personal thing!) Good shower, decent hairdryer. Plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. Breakfast was good. Hotel is a great location - 5 mins from station, easy to find, great transport nearby, walkable to the heart of the city. Liked the bar area in the foyer - very handy for a coffee/beer.

The ibis Nurnberg Hauptbahnhof accomplished what it needed to do. We had a convenient location to both the old city part of Nuremberg and the Christmas market, as well as the train station for day trips to multiple close by towns. The room was utilitarian... the bed was comfortable. One of us had breathing issues after using the shower, so we weren't sure if there were lingering allergens, perhaps due to various causes. The staff was a mix of very pleasant or simply direct but were responsive. All in all, the hotel accommodated our needs for the duration of our stay.
