"Greeted at reception with a warm welcome, the room was really nice and quiet with adequate space and the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is well situated in the town and there is a lovely roof top area with tables and chairs offering a great outdoor facility in the summer time to enjoy a drink from the bar.

"Great parking and entrance areas, the staff were all very kind ava helpful, and the room was perfect. Everything was clean. It was a shared bathroom but that's no problem at all. It was a good, spacious bathroom. "
"We stayed a couple of days. It was a fabulous little place, very "Bavarian". A comfortable stay, the food was great and the hosts very friendly.... it snowed too :) "
"Lovely rustic hotel run by great people. They have a very convenient self-check-in system. Unfortunately my bed was so hard and creaky that I woke myself up any time I moved. "
"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The only minus would be that the bed was very firm for my taste...but others may like that. The room itself was so clean and beautiful. The staff, especially in the restaurant and bar...were just amazing and always had a smile and warm greeting!

"We had an amazing time at this great hotel. Excellent facilities and super helpful, friendly services. The best is the peaceful environment with the historic castle, friendly community and beautiful church next door. "
"We had a fantastic stay. Great location for all the Bavarian forest has to offer in all seasons. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. We look forward to coming back. "
"We stopped for the night on our drive though Germany, and we were amazed how good we felt staying at this hotel. We felt rested and relaxed to continue our journey. "
"Great hotel, right in the historical center, walking distance from the train station (with a backpack, not a suitcase, that is), taxi, bus, main museums and the cafe that makes and serves Agnes Bernauer torte. If arriving after 11pm, contact the hotel beforehand and the arrangements will be made.
Make sure you have breakfast included!"
