The accommodation consists of two separate apartments and is ideal for workers, business travelers, families, as well as friends or colleagues looking for plenty of space and uncomplicated accommodation.

Approximately 15 minutes to Berlin, Karls Adventure Village, or the Designer Outlet B5.
Only 5 minutes to Falkensee lake – ideal for relaxing, cycling, and family trips.

Our accommodation does not offer luxury amenities, but rather an honest, practical setup. It is important to us that you know exactly what to expect so that you can arrive relaxed.
Our accommodation is a cozy and practically furnished holiday apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Please note that the apartment is regularly used. Therefore, normal signs of use or cosmetic wear may be present and do not constitute a defect, provided that the usability, cleanliness, and functionality of the accommodation are not affected.

We are expanding and are building our third guest house. Therefore, scaffolding/barriers are temporarily set up in the garden. We apologize that the garden is therefore only available for limited use and currently does not offer the same level of comfort as shown in the pictures.
