100-square-meter apartment in a lakeside house with a garden near Potsdam

In the picturesque little town of Caputh, where Einstein once lived, you’ll be right on Lake Caputh. You’re welcome to use my huge 1,260 m² garden, which includes a grill, patio furniture, air mattresses, a kids’ pool, SUPs, and rental bikes.
Just a 10-minute ride by Regio and bus to Potsdam! It’s also perfect for biking around the lake on the Europaweg and to Sanssouci Palace.
Everything your heart desires is provided in the holiday rental for your comfort.

Just remember that I live on the upper floor ;)
Smoking is prohibited on the entire property!
Beds come with linens, the bathroom has towels, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
You have 2 separate bedrooms with great slatted frames and 7-zone cold-foam mattresses, plus an additional pull-out double sofa bed. All three beds measure 180x200 cm. You’ll have a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a high-tech toilet with an odor-extraction system and a bidet function (yes, for cleaning your bottom ;). Everything you need for cooking is there, including sugar, salt, oil, coffee, etc.

I charge €10 per person for TOWELS & BED LINENS from October through March. During the summer months, it’s included.
From April 1 through October 31, a visitor’s tax of €2 per night per person aged 18 and older applies.

You can go shopping just a 5-minute walk away at Rewe, which is open until 10:00 PM. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathrooms.

If you’re interested, we can also rent you bicycles and SUPs.
You can rent motorboats at Boote Caputh.

There’s plenty to do! You can check the Schwielowsee Tourism and Tourism Marketing Brandenburg websites in advance for information on upcoming events, exhibitions, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no steps—it’s wheelchair accessible!

NOISE: You can’t really hear traffic in the apartment or in the garden, since the property has a quiet courtyard and soundproof windows. In the evenings after 10:00 p.m., there’s no car traffic in this small village, so you can sleep peacefully with the windows open!

Please note:
The property is not fenced off towards the lake; that area is a nature reserve with a steep embankment. Therefore, children should always be supervised.
