Other than breakfast being very overpriced, this is an excellent hotel! The staff are all friendly and very helpful, the facilities are excellent and very clean. I will definitely be staying here again (but breakfasting elsewhere!)

We enjoyed our stay at H4; the staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was spotless and the facilities were as we expected. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, plenty of choice and great value. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

I was very impressed with all aspects of the hotel in the 3 night stay. The service was excellent, one interaction in particular with reception, involving printing out some tickets, was top class. I was able to create my perfect hotel breakfast, so top marks there too. The room had everything I needed, with no noise from other rooms. You might still want to have earplugs if you’re distracted by noise from outside - but it’s no more than you’d expect from a city centre hotels. Finally, the bar was a bonus - comfortable & no more expensive than many pubs in the area. This is an excellent option for a few days in Berlin. It’s easy to get to, with Alexanderplatz station a few minutes walk away. I’d definitely stay again

Proximity to Alexanderplatz station was perfect, and ability to walk to moat places was a bonus. Breakfast included a great selection of food, and was available from 6am until 10.30am (11am on weekends) which meant that it was bever too busy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, well equipped and comforrablw.
