Located in Potsdam, this 40 sqm non-smoking vacation home welcomes up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom featuring a double bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. You will find a separate living room with a couch and satellite TV, plus a well-equipped private kitchen including 2 induction cooktops, refrigerator, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and microwave. Wi-Fi is provided at no charge throughout your stay.



Step outside to your private uncovered terrace and balcony, where you can unwind in the lovingly maintained garden adorned with flowers and potted plants. The garden seating area offers a tranquil escape surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxation.



Street parking is available approximately 25 meters from the property. Public transportation provides excellent connections to both Potsdam and Berlin city centers, allowing your car to enjoy a few restful days as well. Events are not permitted on the property, and this accommodation is exclusively available for vacation guests. Construction workers and assembly workers cannot be accommodated.

Sehr angenehme Begrüßung, freundlich und zuvorkommend, saubere FeWo, alles bestens! Einen Tag hatte es geschneit, unsere Gastgeber hatten umgehend den Weg zur FeWo freigeräumt - toll. Ruhige Lage, 600 mtr. bis zu den Öffentlichen, alles schnell erreichbar - Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Supermarkt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
