Not a 4 star hotel in my view, as the room experience was poor with freaky shower, no English TV, one complimentary bottle of water for 10 days, and towels that had seen better days

Very large hotel in spreadout area with broad streets, not particularly walkable, but great S-Bahn and streetcar connections right outside to get around easily (get a multi-day pass!). Hotel should create a smoking area that is not right in front of the main entrance, so one has to walk around people and through a wall of smoke. Odd choice. Nice lobby and bar, good staff. My floor had an odd issue with multiple electronic door locks not working all of a sudden, so I had to call security to get into room: a big hassle for 2 days as they assessed, but then they finally gave me a new room once they realized it wasn't a quick fix.

I really like the spacious room, comfortable bed, and transportation is literally footsteps away. The hotel inside is quite spacious and modern if you want to grab snacks and bar at the front hobby. If you want restaurants, shopping malls, and bars you’ll have to take the tram but not too far.

Everything was good as expected. Location, transport options, facilities were on point except airconditioner as is was not cooling but that is a minor thing compared to other stuff/facilities. Would definitely recommend and if got a chance, will stay there again.

This hotel is very big and very well located, with very convenient transport options, both Tram and S-Bahn nearby, a supermarket, pharmacy and store just crossing the road. My stay was also excellent, in a spacious, comfortable room with a big bathroom as well. I would definitely stay here again!!! The hotel staff was very efficient and quick during check-in and check-out, which I also appreciated.
