Location can’t be beat. Hostel is clean and nicely decorated, it’s basic. Had difficulty figuring out how to communicate with the hostel staff after booking through Expedia but once I figured it out they were quick to respond. There are no staff on site. They email directions. I didn’t have any difficulty following them but there are many door PIN codes you need to get to your room.

WORST experience during our trip to Norway. DO NOT STAY HERE. After going through three doors with codes, NO keys were left in the keybox to enter our room. Tried contacting the person in charge a hundred times at the number that appears on the reservation with NO answer. After being left with no room at 10.30pm on a very busy Thursday in Bergen, Expedia helped me find a new place and gave me a full refund.

Estadia tranquila
Pontos positivos: Cama confortável, quarto, banheiros e cozinha bem limpos, cozinha bem equipada, ambiente tranquilo, ótima localização. Embora o isolamento acústico para os outros quartos e ambientes comuns não é bom, os hóspedes eram tranquilos, então as noites foram ótimas. Pontos negativos: escada íngrime e sem elevador; fizemos contato por telefone pedindo algo, disseram que iriam verificar e retornariam por telefone, o que nunca aconteceu.
