Cosy relaxed hotel with very friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Nice varied breakfast. Free car park and easy access to airport and motorway. Close enough for a walk into city centre

The staff was friendly, the location convenient for city centre, train station and airport. Many migrants mostly young men loitering around the area which felt unsafe even during the day.

More than happy with facilities, traffic noisy but did not keep me awake. Bed extremely comfortable best sleep I have had. Staff friendly, helpful .

Would book again….
Only 10 minute walk from bus and train station, staff very friendly and helpful. Dated decor compared to other hotels but very clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh, only complaint would be no orange juice, but the pineapple juice was good. we would not hesitate to book again if we went back to Bergamo.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Città Dei Mille in Bergamo and was thoroughly impressed with our experience. We liked that the hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bergamo, close to shops, restaurants and top attractions like the citta Alta. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, helping us with directions, taxi and allowing us to check in early from our flight. Our double room was quirky but provided plenty of room for the two of us and our luggage. The king bed was actually quite comfortable and the room had free WiFi and a flat screen TV. We enjoyed the radiant heating as it kept us nice in toasty during our late march stay. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent and a must for us during long layovers like this trip. It had a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, yogurt but only a small hot dish option of beans and franks. I wish there were at least scrambled eggs. The coffee was also really good. Overall, we highly recommend the Hotel Città Dei Mille to anyone visiting Bergamo. The location, amenities, and service make for an exceptional experience. FYI our taxi to the airport ran us about $17. The listing stated a shuttle service to/from the airport but this was not offered during your stay. Perhaps it was only seasonal?

Lovely hotel near the airport bus station (the one before stazione centrale). Useful when you come at night. Good connection with cita alta, the old town. Looked clean.

Very nice place to stay, professional staff, walking distance to the train station and city centre. True the interior is bit dated and old fashioned, with think walls so you can hear pretty much every. But over all good stay for very reasonable price.

Very nice hotel . Friendly staff. Booked a single room it was spacious with nice attached balcony. Located 15 min. walk from main train station.about the same to city center and 30 to the old city.

Great little hotel in beautiful Bergamo!
I wasn't expecting a lot but my husband and I were very well received by the night manager and everything was perfect! The bedroom and en suite were massive and the breakfast was very good. The only issue was that it was warm and the fan made a weird noise when turned on, so we had to keep it off. But otherwise I wish we had stayed longer there :)

Comfortable hotel a bit outside city center
The hotel is clearly aimed towarda people driving, but it is with walking distance from the railway station. The rooms were nice and clean, and there was working WiFi and decent breakfast by Italian hotel standards. The hotel was a fair walk from the city center, both the newer (lower) parts and the old city center.

Lovely but not for people with mobility problems.
A nice hotel unfortunately the location is a bit out of the way. The hotel is interesting but being stuck on a motorway takes away from its charm. All the rooms have showers in bathtubs but no shower curtain so the water gets everywhere. Also if you have mobility issues climbing into a bathtub can be a problem.

The selection of foods at breakfast was excellent. One morning I was not able to use the lift down from the sixth floor due to the lift being fully occupied by Housekeeping staff and equipment.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The amenities (air conditioner, TV, wi-fi) were fine except that the wi-fi signal was weak and you had to sit by the door to get internet access. Otherwise it was a good stay.
