Due to a problem in another room we were unable to check in they offered up a free dinner for us while we waited and breakfast that was included in the price was cooked up and served via a special menu. Great food and service

Footprints on a floor, but it is half of the problem. Tilted floor in room, so your head below your feets when you sleep in bed. And smell - very stinky room - strong mix of mold, damp and toilet odor. I have to wear mask, and even then barely fall asleep and my sleepwear has to be washed next day to get rid of that smell. No way to ventilate rooms - windows are into hallway that itself has strong odor of plastic. Breakfest has to be ordered. I ordered yougurt, croisant, fruits and juice - croissant was not fully cooked, and fruits from can - sounds very cheap. Botton line - no way it is 4star hotel. Avoid it at all cost.

Was clean. Staff was friendly. I was looking forward to the pool though and I had a short stay, but it was closed the whole time for renovation. Not their fault though, it was being renovated. Breakfast options were nice and tasted good. I really liked the fact that we could take our breakfast at any time of the day. Gym only consisted of three machines, a treadmill and two other. Room service was prompt and qualitative. The bed I thought was a bit hard. Not the most comfortable bed, but that’s really just a personal preference. It was not bad at all. There was a hair dryer, an iron ironing board, a fridge, a coffe/tea machine available. There was both a heater and an air conditioner. Overall I had a nice experience.
