"Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

"Pros: Von Oma bis Kleinkind haben wir uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das romantisch gelegene Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, von Kinderstuhl, Spielen und Büchern bis zum sprechenden Eierkocher. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Norbert war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Mit der Chiemseekarte konnten wir viel Interessantes unternehmen, wie z. B. das Mammutmuseum in Siegsdorf oder das...

"Nice location , a 15 min walk to old town. The room was clean , we dis not intact with the staff much . Breakfast was good . Good price for the location . The sky bar was great . We had dinner there our first night . All was very good . Two night in Salzburg is enough ."

"Changed ownership since we booked; less luxury 5* than I had hoped, more functional 4* hotel but ok. Clearly refurbished, nice clean big rooms (shame new curtains didn’t block light in morning!) No room service for milk or coffee Lot of young staff (fine) but 1 didn’t seem to know where bedrooms were (needed 1 next to lift for elderly parents & was put in wrong room) Convenient location, lovely historical building."

"Great location- close to the bus and train station. Be careful with getting luggage up/down stairs if coming in on the 2 nd track: not wheelchair friendly and the rollband for luggage next to the stairs did not work upon arrival or departure. Pool was nice and chairs by the Ache stream was a nice touch. Pool robe and extra towels in green bag and inside small pillow looking things in the closet. Food was delicious. Be sure to get guest pass for free usage of busses. Watch bus 840, as it goes in two different directions, so look at time schedule and the front of bus. Easy to get on going the wrong way :)."

"Great location, right outside the Sound of Music Tour pick up point. Luggage lockers are available, breakfast is excellent value for money compared to cafes near by. Bed was a little firm for my liking, but overall this was a fantastic place to stay. Oh, no milk for the tea either so take your own and pop it in the fridge."
