"I have NEVER been greeted with such friendliness in my entire life! From the moment we walked in, every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed. The first time the waitress spoke to me, I literally did a double take because it felt like she was talking to an old friend she’d known for years. That kind of warmth is so rare these days. The atmosphere felt cozy, personal, and genuinely caring. You can tell the people here truly love what they do, and it made the entire stay feel special. Absolutely one of the most welcoming hotels I’ve ever experienced!"

"Very clean, quiet place to stay. Unfortunately they do not accept pets and are very much a non friendly dog place, even a puppy in a crate. Check out time was posted to be at 11 AM but they were hustling us and felt kind of intimidating to leave at 10AM"

"My husband and I booked our reservation at Serenity Woods Cottage to celebrate our anniversary, my husband’s impending retirement and my recent clean scan after treatment for breast cancer. We were hoping for a serene, peaceful opportunity to decompress and recenter our lives after a tumultuous year. We could not have found a more perfect place than SWC. It was everything we hoped for and so much more. The cottage was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It contained every item and convenience we could possibly imagine. It is situated in an area that provides for many beautiful and interesting excursions while, at the same time, offers complete tranquility in the cottage itself. We, honestly, could not have dreamed up anything more perfect. Our sincere thanks to our host, John, and everyone associated with our stay at Serenity Woods Cottage."

"The home was spacious and comfortable for our big group, and we felt like we had plenty of privacy with the wooded lot and campfire space outside. The house was well-stocked with towels, kitchen items, and toiletries, and it had ample parking for our vehicles. The hosts were responsive and helpful with any questions we had as well. We truly enjoyed our family gathering and would absolutely stay again! "
