"My first room, the fridge wasn't working. I had a medication that needed to keep cold, and at first, the front desk person just told me, I could put it in the fridge in the lobby. I explained that this was a really expensive medication and I didn't want to leave it in the fridge in the lobby, and they insisted on coming up and checking. The fridge wasn't working in my room, suggested again I put it in the lobby fridge and then eventually upgraded me to a room with a fridge that worked."

"I stay in the Tri-Cities about 5 or 6 times a year on business. I thought that I would try a different hotel this time. I really liked this hotel with one exception. The only room with a King size bed available when I arrived was on the end of the building adjacent to the busy road that has a moderate grade. The front desk clerk offered me a two queen bed room away from the road or ear plugs. I generally can get to sleep quick so I took the King bed room I had reserved, but not the earplugs. The road was very noisy with large noisy trucks going up and down the hill all night. It took me a little while to get to sleep. I don’t think the windows in the hotel are very sound deadening. Other than that this is good hotel with good amenities for the price."

"Great house! Our home away from home. Spacious and well set up. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped. We didn't use hottub but it's certainly a lovely addition. We do enjoy back patio and view. Host is extremely nice and easy to communicate with. We will be back."
