The room and property was adequate but seemingly expensive given the lack of housekeeping (everyother day, I believe) and the fact that my credit card was charged IN FULL prior to my arrival - -based on a call from the credit card company). My family has stayed with the Hampton Inn on several occasions and we're NEVER disappointed. The check in process is efficient and staff are extremely friendly. The continental breakfast is fresh and hot. The pool is decent. It would be nice if they had a hot tub or sauna, but not a necessity for us.

We stayed for two days. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The evening staff was especially friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with the pool during our stay, which was disappointing; however, the general manager was responsive and indicated the situation would be addressed. We always enjoy staying at Hampton Inn. I wasn't happy being given a room on the first floor, looking at cars parked right outside our room. The hotel was not full, far from it so I don't understand the receptionists selection.
