Pet Friendly Hotels & Resorts in Tri-Cities from NZ$150

"Hot tub is closed, pool was closed when we first arrived. (Frustrating for us as we called 2 days prior and were told they were both working) Then the pool opened the next day not the hot tub. It’s apparently been closed for a while. The Beds move, they are not attached to the wall. We had to sign a waiver stating we wouldn’t smoke on the property and the staff was all smoking in the court yard. The carpet is patched with rugs and duct taped to the carpet. I was told because we stayed with Expedia there wasn’t much they could do. I was offered $15 in snacks or a complementary upgrade, for the next time we stayed. We decided we will not stay there till things become updated."

"This is probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in the tri cities area for baseball. And we’ve stayed at a lot. Old, run down, not very clean. "

"Clean room. Friendly staff who answered my 7 year olds questions, great pool, great area, lots of food and stores close by, great breakfast! Only neg the usb connections did not work."

"Good amount of parking. Breakfast hours ended early so that could be improved on. Room was clean but a little outdated. The beds were not as comfortable as expected for it being a comfort inn. They need new mattresses. If in a bind for a place to stay, it’s not terrible… but we won’t be staying again."

"After enjoying a late night dip in the hot tub and pool, I turned on the water in the shower to rinse off and the spout shot across the tub and slammed into the wall. Had I been standing in the shower, I can only imagine what kind of injury I would have. The staff did move us to another room, but there was no adjustment to our rate and no other accommodation made. Very disappointing. I will not stay here ever again."

"Bed was not good No refrigerator or microwave wave unless you asked for it. No coffee in lobby or room."
