"This property is a great value for families visiting Asheville, especially Biltmore palace. It's not a fancy hotel with lots of amenities but very spacious units with multi bedroom setup with washer/drier, full kitchen and fireplace. Their washer-drier setup is very concerning though. Those machines are not cleaned, can be aAJOR FIRE RISK. I noticed the drier is getting very hot with clogged filters because no guest cleans. I hope they on on top of it."

"When we got there some people were walking out. They said they checked in, went to the room, and checked right back out. They said the room was small and you could hear the highway traffic as if you were outside. I was a little concerned, but our room was larger than most rooms I have stayed in. And while we could hear some highway traffic, it was very faint. I mean, the hotel is right next to the highway. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. My daughter and her family got in at 1:00 am. They were very friendly and helpful."

"This is an awesome stop on a drive or full weekend getaway! The outdoor pool is awesome and options for ziplining, biking, and trails right out your door were perfect for us on our road trip. Food and bar area was wonderful. Beds and pillows were top of the line! Better than some five star resorts we have stayed at. The property is a bit outdated and if they can just finish the renovation that has clearly been started on the main lobby and dining area this place would be perfect."
