Description:
This split-level home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Sunriver, near Fort Rock Park. The back deck gets great morning sun and fantastic afternoon shade for those hot summer days! There is a spacious deck upstairs with patio furniture and a gas BBQ. With the floor to ceiling windows the Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen are illuminated with the best kind of natural lighting possible. The downstairs deck area has an outdoor hot tub with a privacy wall. There are bikes and a Ping-Pong table in the garage with driveway parking for at least 4 cars.

Downstairs:
Downstairs, is a family room with Flatscreen TV, hot tub access, laundry, and bedroom with a Queen sized bed plus a bathroom off the family room. The garage has a ping pong table and bikes for cruising the paths.

Upstairs:
Upstairs is another Living area, the kitchen, dining area, and access to the deck with gas grill, Also upstairs is a half bath and the upstairs primary bedroom with a King bed and a private bath iwth double vanity and walk-in shower.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Perfect Sunriver getaway

This home has a fully equipped kitchen; we love to cook and had everything we needed, plus a beautiful deck to enjoy outdoor dinners. The hot tub off the lower level was also a hit. Overall a beautiful home.

The house was as listed, the hot tub was fantastic, the split level afforded nice privacy for the two couples in our group, and the check in and check out processes were smooth and simple. We appreciated the quick response when we asked for a late check out as well.

Relaxing, enjoyable snow getaway

Our family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend here. We really loved the hot tub, especially when it was -4° outside! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Cascara management was very helpful and responsive to requests. We got snowed in one night and they not only came to clear the driveway but also helped reach out to the city to clear the street.

Awesome vacation home

We had such a lovely time here! The home was perfect for the four of us. The downstairs was a nice area to put the teens they had their own living space and bedroom. Hot tube and location was great! A+++ place to stay in Sunriver and we have stayed at a lot of homes here throughout the years! Thank you!

Winter relaxation.

Clean, well stocked kitchen, large windows to enjoy looking at beautiful trees and light snowfall. Fun board games. Also plenty of TV stations. Great hot tub.

Mt Bachelor Feb 2021 visit

We just loved this house! The views out the windows are so lovely, just tall pines. The hot tub worked great and easy to put the lid on/off. The gas fireplace was so easy to use. We took our adult son for a birthday ski trip. Easy trip to Mt Bachelor. Would love to stay here in the summer.

Great Summer Getaway

This property didn’t disappoint! The layout was perfect for our family with teenagers. The house was fully equipped with everything and anything you may need. Beautiful outdoor dining space, and great spacious kitchen. The beds were very comfy and made for a very relaxing vacation. The location was so convenient to both SHARC and the Sunriver mall area. Thanks for sharing your home with us! I highly recommend this property, and hope to return next summer.

Great house in a quiet area

This house is in the center of Sunriver, about a mile from the Village and a little less to the North Market. We would definitely stay here again. It's a very nice house with a reverse floor plan. The Master bedroom and living area were upstairs looking out into the pine trees. About the only upgrade needed is the TVs but that is not why you go to Sunriver so that was fine.

Nice comfy house in Sunriver

Lovely two level home, separate areas for two couples, or family with older kids. Nice and nicely stocked kitchen, hot tub and deck. We had some minor issues, hot tub key missing and trouble with the cable boxes. Two different times Madison came out to the house to assist us and could not have been more helpful, accommodating, patient, kind, friendly and understanding. She was an excellent customer service manager and an ideal representative for your company. She made the small inconveniences less of a hassle. We were only there for one night and we very much appreciated her level of service.

Wonderful!

Everything was clean, check-in was seamless, beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked, the only small inconvenience was the absence of hot pad holders (kind of important if you're cooking a lot due to COVID!). The home does not have A/C, so it was a bit toasty on one of the 90 degree days, but manageable with fans. Love Sunriver, and having a comfortable, clean home made for a perfect "social distancing" get away. Thank you!
