Great location minutes from beach,small appartment everything you need even sun brolly and chairs ,few defects in property but did not affect our stay.

Pire expĂ©rience ! FUYEZ cet hĂŽte Ă  tout prix !!!Nous avons louĂ© cet appartement pour une semaine, principalement parce qu'il Ă©tait indiquĂ© qu’il y avait une piscine. À notre arrivĂ©e : mauvaise surprise, la piscine Ă©tait fermĂ©e. Lorsque nous avons contactĂ© Abritel pour demander un dĂ©dommagement, l’hĂŽte a modifiĂ© l’annonce aprĂšs coup pour ajouter la mention "pas de piscine pour cette pĂ©riode" une fois que nous avions dĂ©jĂ  signalĂ© le problĂšme. Une pratique malhonnĂȘte et inacceptable.Et ce n’est que le dĂ©but. Voici ce que nous avons trouvĂ© dans l'appartement :Porte de salle de bain cassĂ©eOdeur d’égout insupportable dans tout le logementChasse d’eau dĂ©fectueuseCongĂ©lateur hors servicePrĂ©sence de cafardsUn cauchemar. Nous Ă©tions extrĂȘmement inquiets Ă  l'idĂ©e de perdre notre caution, tant il aurait Ă©tĂ© facile pour l’hĂŽte de nous accuser des nombreux Ă©quipements cassĂ©s.Autre aberration : pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s, il faut se rendre dans leur agence situĂ©e Ă  Malaga... Ă  l’opposĂ© de l’appartement ! Si vous voulez les rĂ©cupĂ©rer directement sur place, ils vous facturent 50 supplĂ©mentaires. C’est une vĂ©ritable arnaque : faire payer pour obtenir les clĂ©s du logement que l’on a dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© est tout simplement scandaleux.Enfin, n’espĂ©rez aucune aide de l’hĂŽte en cas de problĂšme. Nous avons eu une urgence avec la serrure : l’hĂŽte a refusĂ© d’appeler un serrurier, malgrĂ© le fait que nous lui ayons prĂ©cisĂ© que nous ne parlions pas espagnol. Nous avons dĂ» nous dĂ©brouiller seuls.
