"We enjoyed the look and feel of the polynesia hotel, it was clean, comfortable and well staffed. The shuttle bus allowed us to get to other hotels in the resort (Village and Riwo) as well as the water park). We made use of the hotel pool most and also visited the local beaches which were only 5-10 min taxi drive away which was also a good change in scenery. The activities and entertainment on offer at the hotela were great for children and adults alike as was the variety of the inclusive buffet food on offer. We only stayed 5 days but wished we had stayed longer."

"The hotel was close to the beach and it also had a good pool and spa the nights where quiet and relaxing having a supermarket was also a good idea and the ping pong table was also fun for everybody. The staff and the reception where nice to and finally the help for the luggage was really useful "

"I was able to check in immediately even after arriving 2 hours before the stated time. Room was spacious and very comfy. Air con was perfect. The bathroom was decent, two shower heads and a big window. Pool are was lovely. Always able to get a sun bed. Lots of natural shade in the afternoons. Pool itself was good. Was a big size and had a deep end. The only slight grumble I had was that the water wasn’t very refreshing in the hot days, but it was the middle of summer so I guess the sun warms it up. But it didn’t stop me enjoying it still. "

"Really lovely hotel. Staff and visitors were all really friendly. I needed an accessible room and it was perfect. Prompt replies to communication. Plenty of sunbeds, and a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast was good. Other guests said evening meals were lovely. Spa was gorgeous. Great location right on the beautiful belamadena marina. We will be returning 🌹"
